CHILDREN'S MINISTRY:
Welcome to the Children's Ministries of F.B.C. Okemos. God has given our
Children's Ministry team the wonderful opportunity to change lives for
eternity. We envision children beginning a lifelong, joyous relationship
with Jesus Christ through our ministry to them. Partnering with families
as a nurturing, Biblical community, we seek to provide child-relevant and
age-appropriate opportunities for Children to come to know Christ, learn
to love Him, and to be equipped to serve Him.

SENIOR'S MINISTRY:
S.A.L.T. is our church’s response to the large and growing number of older
adults here at the First Baptist Church of Okemos and in the different
communities we serve. Senior adults are vitally important to our
church. Within this group can be found precious resources vital to the

YOUTH MINISTRY:
Resonate Student Ministries is all about teens. It is a place where
teens can feel safe, loved and welcomed just the way they are. We
strive to create an environment where teens can build relationships that
will last for a lifetime. Our ministry is geared toward both Jr. High

ADULTS MINISTRY:
The Word of God offers an inexhaustible source of information we need
for living and maturing as disciples of Christ. At F.B.C. Okemos, we
offer a variety of opportunities to engage in relevant Biblical teaching as
well as building meaningful friendships. We believe the Proverbs 27:17
principle, "As iron sharpens iron, a friend sharpens a friend."
Whether you are young or old, single or married, F.B.C. has a place for you
to connect with others, develop friendships, be encouraged, and grow in your
