Welcome to Outreach - Mount Clemens, a dedicated page showcasing the impactful community and society outreach efforts of Grace Episcopal Church, proudly associated with the First Baptist Church of Okemos. Our mission is to make a positive change in the lives of individuals, families, and the greater Mount Clemens area through various faith-based initiatives and programs.

A Caring Community

Our Outreach Initiatives

1. Food Pantry and Meal Programs: We understand the importance of meeting the basic needs of individuals and families. Our food pantry provides food essentials to those experiencing food insecurity, while our meal programs offer warm meals to those in need. We work tirelessly to ensure that no one in our community goes to bed hungry.

2. Clothing Drives and Community Closets: In partnership with local organizations, we conduct clothing drives and maintain community closets to provide individuals and families with access to clean and appropriate clothing. Our aim is to help boost self-confidence and provide dignity to those in need.

3. Shelter Support: We extend a helping hand to those facing housing challenges, whether due to homelessness or temporary displacement. Through our partnerships with local shelters and organizations, we provide support, resources, and assistance to help individuals and families regain stability.

4. Youth Empowerment Programs: We believe in nurturing the potential of our youth. Our youth empowerment programs focus on providing mentorship, educational support, and extracurricular activities to help young individuals develop essential life skills and foster personal growth.

5. Senior Care Initiatives: Our senior care initiatives aim to support older adults in our community by providing companionship, assistance with daily activities, and connecting them with relevant resources. We strive to promote the well-being and dignity of our cherished seniors.
